Best Wnishes Ms.Davis I love the title of your of your book, it immediately captured my attention. The name of my book is "Profound" God's Poetry In Motion" recently published by Xlibris Publishing. It is about people who have a lot to say, and nobody to say it too. Arthur Freeman

Congratulations, Mary on your PEN Literary award. I hope that I will win an award with my new poetry book to be published by Xlibris. It is called: 'And I all Undressed'. I am an Australian poet. Thanks, Elvira Davis

My Dear Mary, I have seen your videos and read some of your work. I love it. I wish to ask you for some professional advise on a personal level. I have published a book of stories about the journey of life and the situations and emotions we all feel at one time or another, written in poetic verse. I am soon to repackage it and add some personal commentations and then self-publish. My readers are responding to me everyday, making comments, such as: You have mastered the art of expressing the human condition, I have read your book more than once and I still cry, These are prolific stories that any will embrace. I assume you understand what kind of responces they are. I have had so much responce from people who have said they disn't even like poetry, but could not stop reading mine. The work in my book is a collection of writings while I was jouranling for healing after a tragic time, so all the stories, written in poetic verse are deep and emotional. Question: I would be honored, if you have any time, if you would consider reviewing my work, give an honest response and then advise me if the new name for the book is appropriate. Even if this is not possible, I have enjoyed your videos and your spirit. God Bless, Barb

wow, it's so encouraging to see a poet winning an award. I look forward to reading that collection, what a shame that i had not heard of this poet before though, it seems novel writers attention is easier to come by than that of most poets. I am struggling to realise the potential of the book i have self-published, I do not know if a wider audience than my friends and family would ever be interested in it, my confidence has yet to be found - although that does not stop me just enjoying the writing itsself. Well done and thank you Mary Mackey, you are my new inspiration.
