Author Learning Center President Keith Ogorek knows a thing or two about book marketing. One of the keys to being successful as an author, he says, is to follow the POEM method of book marketing when launching a book. POEM is an acronym that stands for Publicity, Online, Events, and Multi-media. By planning and implementing an integrated marketing campaign that covers all types of promotional tools and formats, authors can greatly increase their exposure and ultimately, their book sales. I read about the acronym for "POEM". Furthermore, it stands for Publicity, Online, Events and Multimedia. However, I learned 1 or more of these parts have to be in my marketing campaign. For an example, I built a strong Linked In Profile which falls under Online. Perhaps, I'm thinking of hiring Rae Dawson The Publishing Consultant for Publicity, Events and Multimedia.
