Author Learning Center Launches New Book in a Year Program

Innovative program helps writers plan and complete writing, publishing and marketing tasks in 12 months.

INDIANAPOLIS - FEBRUARY 07, 2018 - The Author Learning Center (ALC), the premier online author education community, announced today the launch of a new program to help authors plan for every step of the book writing, editing, publishing and marketing process.

The Book in a Year (BIY) program is a 12-month plan designed to help ALC members with their publishing journey. Created based on member feedback, this program offers additional structure and accountability to help authors reach their goals.

Participants in the BIY program will receive instruction each month on how to complete that month’s tasks, using the ALC’s custom Book Launch Tool. In addition, participants will get exclusive access to special webinars, handouts, and timely excerpts from the ALC’s library of thousands of interviews and articles. The BIY program begins March 6th with an introductory webinar presented by Author Learning Center president, Keith Ogorek.

For ALC members, this program is available at no extra cost. Non-members will need to register and subscribe to take advantage of the program. Subscriptions to the ALC include a 30-day free trial, with monthly memberships available for $9.99 a month thereafter. Members can cancel at any time.
