Annette Leach, Publisher of Uriel Press and Vice President of UMI Book Division, believes what is in your heart really matters when writing a book. The way to make your book shine isn’t through perfect writing, she says, rather through sharing your passion and what you want the world to know. Popular genres in Christian publishing include bible study books, pandemic-related stories, prayers and devotionals, self-care, romance, and more.

I would suggest you look at Balboa Press. They are a great option for spiritual books.
How about publishing spiritual books that are non Christian? Do you have an interest in such books?
Annette, thank you for encouraging others to write from a place of their passion! The children's book that I am endeavoring to publish comes from that place of amazement and compassion that I hope will inspire others to be helpful, in practical ways, to those most in need.
Thank you for encouraging words. I am a retired teacher and pastor. I love the Bible and the stories of faith. I write prayers and post them on facebook for people to read and reflect. I am concerned about about the violence and corruption that are happening in our communities. I am concerned about the young people and adults who do not attend church or have a relationship with God. Do you need to see anything that i have written to get a picture of where I am heading?
I really do not know how to begin. There is so much information to consume. I have started writing something. I have a topic and an outline. Do you want to see what I am doing? I am leaving notes all over the the place, but no responses have been made. What am I doing that needs to be done?
