    Thank you Bill for your handling of a wonderful topic. I am particularly interested in the clustering of ideas related to a conflict, analyzing the motives of the victim, particularly what is going on in her mind. I have brainstormed and used ideas. I would like to know more about analyzing and presenting the feelings of the victim. I will listen again and try to redevelop a structure. Many thanks, Susan Coursey
