There are many benefits to writing with a co-author. But like any relationship, it can become strained under pressure. Doug Stone and Shelia Heen, co-authors of “Thanks for the Feedback,” discuss tips for a successful writing collaboration. During the writing and editing process, due to time constraints and the pressure for perfection, it's easy to slip into the habit of only giving negative feedback. Make it a point to also acknowledge the good aspects of your partner's writing. One of the benefits of having a partner in writing is that there's someone going through the struggle of writing with you. Celebrate the moments of victory with each other, such as when you fix a problematic chapter or transition.

That sound's very good... shelia and doug....that what i am talk about the pressure of finishing your book time frame....and worthiness to help benefit others.... Ever since i became an Author everybody and their grandmother want to write now.... I picked something in life that works for me.... now i hear to guys want to be an author sometimes ppl need to stick with what works for them everybody wasnt ment to be an author....just because your friend step on on faith....
